Bible Slide
Notes
The slides are defined by a sequence of bible verse strings.
Following is an example of a sequence of bible verse strings:
Job,9,32,c,Comment 1;
Job,10,2,c,Comment 2;
Job,13,3,c,Comment 3;
Each bible verse string consists of 5 fields:
(1) bible book name, (2) Chapter number, (3) Verse number, (4) bible language letter, and (5) comment.
Each line of bible verse string is ended with a ";" character and each field is separated by a "," character.
- Bible book name
- Most of the time, you can use the first 3 characters of the bible book name to identify the specific bible book.
- However, you need to use 5 characters to separate "Philemon" from "Philippians."
- You can use upper or lower cases for the bible book name.
- Don't use the "-" sign. Use "1king" for "First King."
- Chapter number
- Verse number
- Language letter
- c = Chinese only
- e = English only
- b = Both Chinese and English
- Comments are used as reminders for you to identify each slides with a brief description.
