1	祢在樹下祷告， 是为了我，哦主； 祢跪下忧伤呼喊， 怎能如此，哦主？

When you prayed beneath the trees,
it was for me, O Lord;
when you cried upon your knees,
how could it be, O Lord?

2	祢宝血、泪、汗交织， 驱散愁怀忐忑， 祢为我面对兵丁 锋利矛枪，哦主。

When in blood and sweat and tears,
you dismissed your final fears,
when you faced the soldiers' spears,
you stood for me, O Lord.

3	强权看似得胜， 嚣张狂傲，哦主； 祢卻默默承受， 毫无反抗，哦主！

When their triumph looked complete,
it was for me, O Lord;
when it seemed like your defeat,
they could not see, OLord!

4	祢面对群众嚷闹， 被欺压，卻不开口； 祢戴荆冠冕； 是为了我，哦主。

When you faced the mob alone,
you were silent as a stone,
and a tree became your throne;
you came for me, O Lord.

5	救主脚步蹒跚走苦路， 哦主； 背负木头重压， 低首弯腰，哦主；

When you stumbled up the road,
you walked for me, O Lord;
when you took your deadly load,
that heavy tree, O Lord;

6	祢被举起悬挂， 钉死在十字架， 遍地黑暗蔽日光， 是为了我，哦主。

when they lifted you on high,
and they nailed you up to die,
and when darkness filled the sky,
it was for me, for me, O Lord.
