1   有時享平安如江河平又穩，
有時憂傷來如浪滾；
不論何環境我已蒙主引領，
我心靈得安寧得安寧。
When peace like a river attendeth my way,
When sorrows like sea billows roll;
Whatever my lot, Thou hast taught me to say,
“It is well, it is well with my soul.”

3   撒旦雖來侵眾試煉雖來臨，
但有主美證在我心，
基督已看清我乏助之困境，

That Christ hath regarded my
helpless estate, And hath shed
His blood for my soul.

and I bear it no more. Praise the Lord,
