Hymn 730 -1

1	心靈疲乏者有福了, 因為天國屬於他們。 哀慟的人有福了, 因他們必得安慰。

Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are all those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.

Hymn 730 -2

2	溫柔者有福了, 因他們必承受地土。 愛慕公義且如飢如渴者 有福了,他們必得飽足。

Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are they who hunger and thirst,
for they will be filled.

3	憐恤人的有福了, 因為他們必蒙憐恤。 清心的人有福了, 因為他們必看見神。

Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they shall see God.

Hymn 730 -4

4	和平使者有福了, 因他們必稱為神兒女。 為了公義受逼迫的人, 他們有福了, 因為天國屬於他們。

Blessed are they who make peace,
for they shall be children of God.
Blessed are they who are persecuted
for righteousness.
for theirs is the kingdom of God.

Hymn 730 -5

5	若因主緣故,人們辱罵你, 並且逼迫你,捏造毁謗你, 當快樂歡喜;因為在天上 將有大奬賞為你保留。

If for Jesus’ sake,people insult you,
and persecute you, falsely accuse you,
re-joice, be glad; great is your reward
which now awaits you in heaven.

6	憐恤人的有福了。 清心的人有福了。 和平使者有福了, 因他們必稱為神兒女。

Blessed are the merciful.

for they shall be children of God.
