New Every Morning Is The Love

1   每日早晨愛都新鮮，
再顯在我重新回醒；
使我平安度過睡眠，
復有思想、能力、生命。
New ev’ry morning is the love
Our wak’ning and uprising prove;
Thro’sleep and darkness safely brought,
Restored to life, and pow’r, and thought.

2   每個新日有新憐憫，
當我禱告都在四圍：
新的赦免，新的親近，
對神新知，對天新窺。
New mercies, each returning day,
Hover around us while we pray;
New perils past, new sins forgiv’n,
New thoughts of God, new hopes of heav’n.

3   如果我的每日道路，
定規都要分別為聖；
無價之寶，新的事物，
神正豫備作我祭牲。
If, on our daily course, our mind
Be set to hallow all we find,
New treasures still of countless price
God will provide for sacrifice

4   舊人，舊地都更可愛，
如果彼此都更思家；
今日求賜軟化忍耐，
顯在每一個十字架。
Old friends, old scenes will lovelier be,
As more of heav’n in each we see;
Some soft’ning gleam of love and prayer
Shall dawn on every cross and care.

5   簡單工作，平常人地，
都會成為禱告張本；
都是機會可以捨己，
使我每日更親我神。
The trivial round, the common task,
Will furnish all we ought to ask;
Room to deny ourselves; a road
To bring us daily nearer God.

6   但主，求你因你的愛，
準備我心為著來朝；
叫我今天，每天，
都該生活更像我的禱告。
Only, O Lord, in Thy dear love
Fit us for perfect rest above,
And help us, this and every day,
To live more nearly as we pray.
