1	人生重擔將我枷鎖， 滿了罪惡和羞辱； 耶穌今來伸手一模， 我就立脫舊樣和罪污。

Shackled by a heavy burden,
'Neath a load of guilt and shame.
Then the hand of Jesus touched me,
And now I am no longer the same.
