Am I A Soldier Of The Cross

Hymn 324 -1

1	我是否要背負十架， 跟從神的羔羊？ 我豈可以怕出代價， 要得世界原諒？

Am I a soldier of the Cross —
A follow’r of the Lamb?
And shall I fear to own His cause,
Or blush to speak His name?

1*	因你名，寶貴的名， 因你為我捨命； 靠恩，無論如何艱難， 我要求你喜歡。

In the name, the precious name
Of Him who died for me,
Thro’ grace I’ll win the promised crown,
Whate’er my cross may be!

2	別人苦戰要得榮耀， 血汗滿被沙場； 我豈可以安坐花轎， 盼望抬進天堂？

Must I be carried to the skies
On flow’ry beds of ease,
While others fought to win the prize
And sailed through bloody seas?

3	難道我無仇敵當拒？ 我無破口當堵？ 難道俗世也可相與？ 也可作我幫助？

Are there no foes for me to face?
Must I not stem the flood?
Is this vile world a friend to grace,
To help me on to God?

4	我要掌權，就得爭戰， 哦主，加我力量； 我願受辱，我不畏難， 靠你話語剛強。

Since I must fight if I would reign;
Increase my courage, Lord.
I’ll bear the toil, endure the pain,
Supported by Thy word.
