1a	神阿，祢為何故 賜下耶穌基督， 祢的親愛兒子， 來為罪人受死？

What was it, blessed God,
Led Thee to give Thy Son,
To yield Thy well beloved
For us by sin undone?

What led Thy Son, O God!

To suffer and to die?
